As we settle into spring and look ahead to summer, home upgrades are top of mind for many Kiwis. Whether you are planning a fresh renovation or looking to replace aging doors and windows, we’ve put together an exclusive double upgrade offer this October to add maximum value to your home at no extra cost!
This month, we are giving you two premium upgrades for free when you invest in new doors or glazing for your home.
1. Free Upgrade to the Yale Unity® Slim Smart Lock
If you’re installing a new door with Cozy NZ, we will automatically upgrade your standard 4-point lock to the cutting-edge Yale Unity® Slim Smart Lock at no additional charge! (Limited to 1 lock per household).
Designed right here in New Zealand for our unique weather conditions, the Unity® Slim combines sleek aesthetics with ultimate convenience:
Keyless Entry: Unlocks via keypad entry, the Yale Home App on your smartphone, or auto-unlocks as you approach.
Enhanced Security: Built around an Induro® 4-Point multipoint locking system just simply lift the handle to engage shootbolts top and bottom for superior door sealing and security.
Dual-Colour Options: Available in stylish finishes to seamlessly match your door and joinery preference.
Smart Home Integration: Works with Apple Home, Google Home, and Amazon Alexa ecosystem setups.
2. Free Upgrade to Low-E High-Performance Glass
To complement your new entrance, we are pairing this lock offer with a Free Upgrade to Low-E (Low Emissivity) Glass on your double glazing!
Low-E glass features an invisible microscopic coating that acts like a thermal mirror:
In Summer: It reflects harsh solar heat away from your home, keeping interior living spaces cooler without overworking your air conditioning.
In Winter: It traps indoor heat inside, stopping energy from escaping through the glass.
UV Protection: Significantly reduces UV rays passing into your home, protecting carpet, curtains, and furniture from fading.
Why Take Advantage of This October Special?
By locking in your project now, you skip the end-of-year rush and enjoy a home that is smarter, safer, and significantly more energy-efficient before summer arrives.
