At Cozy NZ, we understand that upgrading your windows to double glazing can be overwhelming, which is why we have streamlined the process into four easy steps.
Step One: Free Measure & Quote
Our first step is to conduct a free measure & quote of your windows. This involves a discussion with our sales consultant so that they can fully understand your needs and answer any questions you may have. Afterward, we will schedule a time to travel to your home free of charge to measure your windows and provide a quote. If you decide to proceed, a deposit will be requested
Step Two: Manufacturing
Prior to ordering any materials, we will make contact to arrange a final site measure. Upon receipt of the materials, these definitive measurements are used by our manufacturing team to cut & prep your new windows & doors
Step Three: Installation
Upon the completion of your windows we will contact you to arrange an installation date. At this time you will also be provided an estimate of how long the installation will take, as we require you to be present at completion to sign the final paperwork.
During installation, our team will need access to both the inside and outside of your windows, and we ask that you remain 5 metres away from the equipment at all times. Our installers are also required by law to keep their protective footwear on throughout the entire installation; however we will lay drop sheets or wear protective booties where possible to avoid damage to your flooring.
Step Four: Final Payment
Within 24 hours of your installation being completed our customer service team will be in touch to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard and that you are 100% satisfied. Once we are in agreement that the job has been completed as expected, we will send your final invoice.
